You can find us at 15 Milky Way, Unit 4 in Charlottetown, PEI. Current hours of operation: Mon – Closed Tues – 11-6 pm Wed – 11-5:45 pm (we have run club!) Thurs – 11-6 pm Fri – 11-6 pm Sat – 11-6 pm
We’re happy to hold items for a short period of time—within reason! Just reach out to us to arrange a pickup date, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Yes! We want you to get the best price on the gear you love. If you find the exact same item (brand, model, size, and colour) available for less at a local retail competitor—online or in-store—we’ll match their price. Just show us the ad or proof of the lower price, and our team will verify the details and apply the match (including shipping or handling fees, if applicable). Have questions? Reach out or visit us in-store. We’re happy to help you get the best value on your next run.
Yes! We’re proud to be part of a local run club, the Cornwall Run Club, that meets every Wednesday at 6:00 pm at Village Green Brewery in Cornwall. It’s free to join, and all runners are welcome—whether you’re new to the sport or chasing a new personal best. We also host events at our store from time to time. Keep an eye on our social media for upcoming runs, pop-ups, and community happenings!

Orders/Shipping

We offer free shipping on all Canadian orders over $75 and free pick-up at our retail store location (15 Milky Way, Unit 4). We do not currently ship internationally but do check back for updates.
We’re always on the run—but never in too much of a rush to get things right. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive tracking information once your package is out the door. Delivery speed depends on your chosen method—Canada Post and other reliable carriers usually take a few days to reach major centers. Keep in mind that holidays can impact delivery times.
Yes, we offer the option for in-store pickup. When placing your order on our website, you can choose the "pick-up" option during the checkout process. This allows you to conveniently collect your items from our store when it suits your schedule. Once your order is ready for pickup, we'll notify you via email or text, and you can come by at your convenience to pick up your items. Our friendly staff will be ready to assist you and ensure a smooth pickup process.
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to modify or cancel your online order. If so, please email us immediately at run@doublelooprunning.com with your order number and the modification or cancellation you require. It's important to note that orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned or exchanged following our return/exchange policy. We’ll always do our best to help with order changes or cancellations. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications may not be possible. We’ll work with you to find the best available solution.

Returns/Exchanges

Changed your mind? No problem. You can return items within 14 days as long as they’re new, unused, unworn, and in resellable condition (tags still on or in the original box and packaging intact). For health and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on consumables, nutrition products, or bras and undergarments—unless there’s a product defect. Please note that electronics and sale items are final sale. When in doubt, simply pop by the store or email us at run@doublelooprunning.com
No, we cannot accept shoes that have been worn outdoors. Once shoes have been worn outdoors, they are considered used and are no longer eligible for return, as this would be unfair to future customers to receive shoes in worn condition. We recommend trying shoes on indoors, on clean flooring, until you're confident in your choice. If you have concerns about the fit or performance of the shoes, we recommend testing them indoors on a clean surface to ensure they meet your expectations before using them outdoors.
We honour all manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer warranties for shoes are one year or less from the date of purchase depending on the brand. If your product is defective, you can bring it to our store or if your original purchase was purchased online, then simply email us at run@doublelooprunning.com to discuss next steps. Please note that regular wear and tear does not constitute a product defect.
