At Double Loop Running, we’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly and reliably, wherever you are in Canada.

Free Shipping

• Orders over $75 (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping Canada-wide.

Standard Shipping

• Orders under $75 will be charged a rate indicated in Checkout. 
  

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

In-Store Pickup

• Free pickup is available at our store in Charlottetown, PEI.

• Select the “Pickup” option at checkout, and we’ll notify you by email when your order is ready.

• Pickup orders are usually ready within 1-2 business days. 

Exceptions

• At this time, we only ship within Canada.

• Some remote or rural addresses may experience longer delivery times.
